To make a Greek salad, follow these steps:

Ingredients:

2 large tomatoes, diced
1 cucumber, diced
1 red onion, thinly sliced
1 green bell pepper, diced
200g feta cheese, crumbled
100g Kalamata olives, pitted
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
1 teaspoon dried oregano
Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

Prepare Vegetables: Dice the tomatoes, cucumber, and green bell pepper. Thinly slice the red onion.

Assemble Salad: In a large bowl, combine the diced tomatoes, cucumber, bell pepper, and sliced red onion.

Add Olives and Feta: Add the crumbled feta cheese and Kalamata olives to the bowl.

Dress Salad: Drizzle olive oil and red wine vinegar over the salad. Sprinkle with dried oregano, salt, and pepper.

Toss Salad: Gently toss all the ingredients together until well combined and evenly coated with the dressing.

Serve: Serve the Greek salad immediately as a side dish or as a light and refreshing main course.
