How to Make Chapli Kabab

Here's a recipe for making chapli kabab, a popular Pakistani dish:

Ingredients:

1 lb ground beef or lamb
1 onion, finely chopped
1 tomato, finely chopped
1/4 cup fresh cilantro (coriander), chopped
1/4 cup fresh mint leaves, chopped
2 green chilies, finely chopped
2 tablespoons ginger-garlic paste
1 tablespoon coriander powder
1 tablespoon cumin powder
1 teaspoon red chili powder
1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
1/2 teaspoon garam masala
1 egg
2 tablespoons besan (gram flour)
Salt, to taste
Oil, for frying

Instructions:

1. In a large bowl, combine the ground meat, onion, tomato, cilantro, mint, green chilies, ginger-garlic paste, coriander powder, cumin powder, red chili powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, egg, besan, and salt. Mix well to combine all the ingredients.

2. Heat a little oil in a large skillet or griddle over medium heat.

3. Take a portion of the meat mixture and shape it into a patty. Repeat with the remaining mixture to make more patties.

4. Place the patties in the hot skillet and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until cooked through and browned.

5. Remove the chapli kababs from the skillet and drain on paper towels to remove excess oil.

6. Serve hot with naan, salad, and chutney. Enjoy your delicious chapli kababs!
