Becoming a better artist is a time taking process and requires you to continuously evolve your skills, improve your techniques and pushing yourself beyond the next boundary. You can become a better artist by:
1. Buying your own sets of all of the necessary supplies required for your artwork.
2. Getting access to some how-to drawing books and videos from your local library or on YouTube.
3. Subscribing to different arts magazines like The Artist's Magazine, Pastel Journal, Watercolor Artist, etc.
4. Trying a variety of shorter quick sketches instead of spending a lot of time on one larger sketch.
5. Trying to get your drawings and sketches right as much as you can, but don't try to be perfect.
6. Selecting a favorite subject of your choice. Like an animal, a flower, a car, etc. Draw the same thing over and over again many times, in a variety of ways.
7. Getting a job or internship in the related industry or a company to get some practical experience in your field. You will learn a lot from your colleagues and fellow artists.
